As a Mid-Level Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing Workday data mapping and conversion solutions. You will work closely with the project team to ensure successful delivery of the project.
- Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM
- Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools
- Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday
- Responsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the project
- Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership
- Collaborate with project team to ensure successful delivery of the project
- Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of Workday data mapping and conversion solutions.
