- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and pre-sales consulting roles, with a focus on Employee Central Payroll and Employee Central modules.
- SuccessFactors 10+ experience in presales
- Deep technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central Payroll and Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schema, payroll configuration, time management, and other relevant payroll-related concepts.
- Should be able to give system demo to customers for entire Core module.
- Proven experience in architecting and delivering complex SAP SuccessFactors solutions to enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Should be open to travel across SEA
