Responsibilities
- Support communications plan required to raise brand profile
- Work with Comms Managers to implement the comms plan
- Create communication materials including but not limiting to presentations, corporate websites, newsletters, magazines and collaterals as well as managing both traditional and digital communication channels
- Monitor trending topics in the media and provide archiving support of media releases
- Plan and support the planning & execution of corporate initiatives & events and other assigned projects including event management
- Support Social Media Manager to manage, identify and drive adoption of the social media platforms
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline ( Degrees in relevant fields will be advantageous)
- Experience in Corporate Communications and/or Public Relations
- IT Savvy, in-tune with digital economy and familiar with managing digital platforms
- Excellent communication, writing, copywriting and editing skills with strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Creative, resourceful, organised and meticulous
- Good computer and Internet skills
