Responsibilities
- Maintain basic knowledge of food dishes and the pairing of sauces and sides.
- Ensure that the work areas are clean at all times and that the cleaning schedule is adhered to.
- Ensure that sauces and side dishes are continually replenished during operation hours.
- Maintain responsibility for inspecting and drying of cutlery, crockery, coppers and silvers.
- Ensure trays are carried and food delivered to waiter/waitresses in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
- Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
Working Hours: 6 days work week, including weekend & PH.
