Our client is looking for HR manager to oversee and manage the needs of an organisation in the early childhood sector.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire spectrum of HR functions, such as hiring, managing, and retaining employees, performance management, training and development, HR budgeting and payroll, statutory and regulatory reporting, work pass matters, etc.
- Collaborate with business units and staff to offer value-adding guidance, assistance, and services to draw in, keep, nurture, and recognise our talent.
- Oversee and carry out HR operations to guarantee that all procedures are carried out in accordance with both internal and external regulations.
- Oversee daily HR activities and, if needed, offer assistance on how to handle non-routine transactions appropriately.
- Provide suggestions on ways to improve service delivery, staff satisfaction, and process efficiency.
- Oversee the upkeep of the HR Information System (HRIS) and collaborate with the vendor to guarantee optimal system performance.
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve problems that have been brought up on the HRIS.
- When necessary, create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Verify that work procedures adhere to audit requirements.
Requirements:
- At least a Degree in Human Resource or similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR operations.
- Leadership experience preferred as you will manage a small HR team of <10
- Ability to review HR process changes
- Must be a team player and positive work ethics
- Possess strong communication skills
Additional Information:
- Full time, permanent
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:15pm
