Your main duties are as follows:
- Arrange floor mat and mopping of restaurant area
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Dispose all garbage bags in the kitchen
- Maintain cooking area by sweeping and mopping and cold room in the kitchen
- Cleaning of door edge frame
- Ensure toilet are clean for guest to use
- Replenishment of soap, toilet paper and paper towel
- Cleaning of guest vomit immediately, if any
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
- Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures
Working Hours: 6 days work week, including weekend & PH.
