Your main duties are as follows:
- Develop promotional activities which generate increased revenue and stimulate increased activity.
- Control operating expenses, inventory levels, etc. effectively.
- Ensure running operation in the absent of General Manager.
- Develop financial and business operating plans and capital expenditures plans that are consistent with the overall strategic positioning of the property.
- Ensure enforcement of high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the all areas.
- Maintain close liaison with all the departments to have a good understanding of other Departments’ operational flows.
- Support the objectives of the General Manager through diligent and proactive management of the restaurant.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
- Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
Working Hours: 6 days work week, including weekend & PH.
