Your duties are as follows:
- Plan, direct, or coordinate activities of the restaurant's daily operations.
- Deep and extensive knowledge of Cantonese cuisine.
- Scheduling of Front of House operations.
- Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service.
- Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
- Adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
Working Hours: 6 days work week, including weekends & PH.
