Job Description
- Perform Planned Maintenance of Dive System as per IMCA D018 and D023
- Attend to Equipment Audit and Close Outs
- Attend to Equipment Non-Routine Maintenance, such as Repairs, Upgrades and Installation on Dive Support Vessel.
- Attend to Equipment Mobilisation and Demobilisation Plan.
- Maintenance of Equipment Updates from Manufacturer.
- Design and implement the dive console
- Design and implement Dive Panel.
- Design and implement Dive Power Distribution.
- Ship lighting power distribution system and installation
- Satellite phone system, GPS system and internet system.
- Ship's main and emergency switchboards, power distribution and management systems.
- Electrical Star Delta Motor Panel Wiring.
- Control Panel Wiring. AutoCAD Electrical & Piping drawing, Diving Equipment spares part drawing.
- Umbilical cable design, installation and mould.
- Diving CCTV Recording and Monitoring system.
- Troubleshoot and Repair electronic circuit (PCB)
- Applying DC System in power back system for emergency dive monitoring system.
- Pressure pumps auto control panel and heat protecting system.
- Workshop single phase and three phase’s installation.
- Crane maintenance.
- Emergency lighting system and fire alarm system maintenance.
- In-house underwater ROV implementation.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering / or Diploma in Electronics
- AutoCAD Knowledge
- Electrical Technician Certification and/or technicial certificates relating to relevant field.
