Job Description
- Observe the latest developments and trends in e-commerce industry and formulate Market/brand operation strategies for specific regions/countries, including but not limited to Growth strategy, Market Assessment, “Go-to-market” strategy, operating model, etc.
- Conduct industry research, create insights on leading companies, and in-depth analysis on key issues, trends, and policies
- Launch new marketing projects from scratch, translating research and data analysis into actionable insights, growth frameworks/narratives, and tools
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and analytics, knowing how it works together to drive ecommerce revenue
- Able to set key performance indicators for team and manage, lead and drive marketing team to meet their targets
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s degree with strong academic background, min. 3+ years in top tier Internet/E-commerce or Top-Tier consultancy, expertise in Consumer Goods, Retail, TMT Sector
- Background in strategic planning and experience in measuring relevant KPIs, strong knowledge in developing and implementing SOP and KPI metrics
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and able to accurately analyze, interpret, and utilize data to improve performance
- Result-driven and eager to adapt to the dynamic environment of e-commerce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills
