JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development of the country’s strategy
- Spearhead the business development efforts to strengthen the business standing & expand client base
- Manage and oversee to ensure daily smooth operations
- Develop, execute on and achieve sales targets while growing productivity and profitability
- Lead, train, motivate and mentor client facing teams towards achieving sales goals and excellence in service
- Conduct performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Drive digital agenda and ensure team is engaged with new digital initiatives
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Manage customer feedback, enquiries and response to complaint professionally
- Cascade company communications to all members of the store team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Prior digital agency business development experience of at least 5 years with a proven ability to increase sales and profitability
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good understanding of trending digital marketing tools and platforms
