Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform monthly payroll processing and all payroll related payments, and maintain proper filing and documentation of all relevant documents
- Responsible for all tax related matters including but not limited to submission of annual tax returns, tax clearance and advice (non Singaporeans/SPRs) on tax matters
- Perform monthly CPF submission and governmental claims such as NS Reservist Claims, government-paid maternity leave claims, government-paid childcare leave claims etc
- Prepare payroll reports, headcount reports and monthly payroll journal
- Responsible to upkeep employees’ personal data in the Human Resource Management System
- Handle queries on payroll related matters
- Responsible for all leave matters including maintenance of Leave system module
- Responsible for quarterly MOM survey submission
- Assist in any ad-hoc HR projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration or HRM, or related disciplines
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of the payroll processing cycle
- Well versed with Singapore Employment Act, CPF Act and Income Tax Act
- Meticulous with strong analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and strong communication skills
- High initiative, a good team player, independent and able to work with minimum supervision
- Good working knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel
