Responsibilities
Responsible for handling in-bound calls, facsimiles and email requests for general enquiries within the hospital targeted service standard levels.
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O levels/N Levels/Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of call centre experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
