Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to sales department.
- Preparing sales related documentation including quotation, sales order, invoices and etc.
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable.
- Monitor shipment status to ensure the delivery is on time.
- Follow through the progress of quotation and sales order with customers regularly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- With experience as a Sales Administrator
- Prefer one available in short notice
- Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office such as Words, Excel etc
- Good customer service and problem solving skill
