Job Description
- Oversee the daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Manage and supervise team to meet the targeted goals
- Prepare and submit operational reports and statistics in a timely manner to track performance
- Plan and deploy of manpower effectively to ensure adequate staff coverage
- Provide and maintain a good level of staff motivation and discipline
- Conduct interviews to recruit suitable candidates
- Regular store visits to review operations
