Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the quality of care provided to the residents.
- Provide supervision and coaching to the care team.
- Assist in planning, implementing and management of staff training and development programmes.
- Ensure overall serviceability and cleanliness of the living environment.
- Support manager in the day to day administrative and operational roles.
- Support and participate in projects and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- A recognized degree or its equivalent.
- Experience in healthcare industry desired but not mandatory.
- Be a team player and possess good interpersonal skills.
