JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cashiering duties;
- Data-entry accurately and efficiently;
- Issue receipts / invoice;
- Process summons;
- Attend to residents' queries on payments (S&CC related matters);
- Attend to residents on feedback matters as part of the front line customer service team;
- Update system on call notes pertaining to correspondences with residents;
- Assist in follow up paperwork (e.g. issue of statement of accounts, etc);
- Assist with installment plan (including follow up with the residents);
- Covering duty for other cashiers (including at other office locations);
- Assist with some administrative work (including printing, filing, etc);
- Assist with Facilities Booking matters;
- Report to AR Lead / Chief Cashier on day to day duties;
- Any other duties as prescribed by Finance Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Good customer service oriented;
- Working hours: 4 days from (Mondays - Fridays): AM (8am-1pm) or PM (12pm-5pm) and EVERY Saturdays; 8am -1pm.
- OFF - 1 of the weekday (either Tuesday or Thursday) + Sunday and Public Holidays.
- Working place located in Bedok but is willing to travel to other offices should covering duty required (if applicable);
- Able to speak other language than English and/or dialect to assist residents who is unable to converse in English;
- IT savvy;
- Good communication skills.
