Basic $2,500 - $3,000 (depends on experience)
Work Days: 5 Days (retail hours)
AWS + variable bonus (average 2.5 months)
Job Scopes:
- Manager walk in / shopper's enquires / feedback via various sources.
- Provide directional assistant to internal and external shoppers.
- Promote shopping mall events and loyalty program.
- Handle all incoming calls, mails and live chats.
- Assist in mall activities, including redemptions.
- Ensure inventories and counter stocks are tallied in CRM.
- Assist with selling shopping mall gift vouchers and merchandise.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Front Desk / Concierge / Receptionist experience is preferred.
