JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage day-to-day estate matters, including the inspection, identify building defects, manage & supervise maintenance including improvement works done by contractors.
- Arrange and inspect the work for horticulture, pest control, conservancy cleaning, projects upgrading and other estate maintenance works.
- Attend and follow up on enquiries from residents.
- Carry out enforcement actions for common property and open spaces in accordance to Town Council by-laws.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- NITEC in Facilities Technology/ Building Management / Facilities Management or related.
- Fresh graduates and entry level in Diploma are welcome to apply. No experience needed as training will be provided.
- Working hours: Mon - Fri: 8am to 5pm AND one Saturday per month: 8am to 1pm.
- Must possess excellent communication skills as the officer will have to communicate with residents from time to time when needed.
- IT savvy.
