Job scope:
- Support the full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes recruitment and selection, employee relations, payroll management, and training and development
- Responsible for the full payroll functions
- Supporting on recruitment function and handling the full employee lifecycle process from onboarding of new hires to offboarding employees, work pass application
- Provide assistance on execution of performance management to drive for valuable performance evaluations
- Involved in team-building activities and events
- Participate in HR projects for HR systems
- Oversee daily operations of the office
- Implementing of policies and streamlining of HR practices
- Hands on and comfortable with providing HR advisory and procedures
Job Requirements:
• At least 3-5 years of experience in full HR spectrum
• Prior experience in start up, setting up new HR policies/implementations will be highly preferred
