· Drafting board resolutions and minutes of meetings
· Reviewing and drafting of contracts and other legal documents
· Undertaking legal related matters including the handling of legal documents and agreements
· Updating and maintaining statutory registers and records in line with statutory compliance
· Conducting research and analysis on legal matters assigned
· Preparing of reports for the submission of Annual Returns
· Providing legal support, assistance and legal advice to the business units of the company and its subsidiaries
· Perform Company Secretarial work for all entities
· Custodian of all legal documents for all legal entities across the countries
. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
