Job Description :
We are looking for a full-time experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support the CIO and manage the office of a Singapore-based investment management company.
· Responsible for performing an array of administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative and sound decision making.
· Manage banking transactions / activities, liaising with financial institutions.
· Monitor and oversee investment funding, liaising with investment partners.
· Preparation of reports relating to investments.
· Ensure systematic record-keeping and filing of investment documents to SharePoint (eg. Remittance advices, capital call notices).
· Office management including ensuring the day-to-day smooth running of the office.
Provide HR support such as recruitment, Employment Pass application/renewal, group health insurance.
IT administration support such as Microsoft, SharePoint.
· Other ad-hoc duties may be required.
Job Requirements :
· Well-organized, has strong attention to details, with an innate sense of how to prioritize.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high degree of discretion in managing information.
· Multitasking, resourceful and strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Exposure to the Financial services industry is an advantage, but not essential.
· Strong working experience with Microsoft Suite.
· More than 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager with several years of experience supporting senior executives.
· Tertiary qualifications are an advantage, but not essential.
