Job Description:
- Assist Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager
- Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the Consultant team.
- Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.
- Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.
- Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
- Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
- Maintain site records.
- Commencement of work in March/April 2024
Job Requirements:
- ITE certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
- Accredited with IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) with valid RTO Practising Certificate
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience as a Resident Technical Officer.
- Preferably with experiences in community centre upgrading work.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
