Responsibilities
- Meet with client Senior management and perform Consultative Functional Design Assessment of a problematic business or operation situation through SIRI/COSIRI approaches.
- Understanding client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports ….) and to analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes.
- Formulate Yokogawa’s recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s requirements, capabilities and limitations.
- Work with client or field Subject Matter expertise to justify the project journey and initiate a sequence of events that will lead to the completion of the business transformation process.
- Involve in critical project milestones and help to resolve any occasional discrepancies.
- Act as the technical bridge between client and delivery – be the client’s trusted advisor.
Requirements
- Operation experience in process industry company and/or
- Smart Manufacturing/Digital Technical sales and consulting experience
- Ability to converse in English/Mandarin/Japanese and engage with client C-suite and business associates
