The Service Engineer reports to the Senior Sales & Services Manager.
Responsibility:
- Provides service and maintenance support to the company's communications, fire and gas detection system, control and instrumentation products and services.
- Promotes company's products via the provision of professional and quality services.
- Ensures customer's satisfaction via the provision of prompt and efficient services to minimise the impact of company's products downtime on customer's business operations.
- Ensures that services are carried out with minimum impact on company's business revenue.
- Ensures that customer requirements are adequately conveyed to the Sales & Service Manager.
- Identifies and recommends business opportunities to the Service Manager.
