Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, implementation, and execution of various IT infrastructure projects, including data centers, cloud initiatives, and Microsoft 365 (M365) deployments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline, while leveraging M365 technologies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a strong technical background in IT infrastructure management, data centers, cloud technologies, and M365.


You will contribute to IT infrastructure projects and operations to ensure functioning in the area of network & telecommunications, applications hosting, and hardware and servers, according to business and IT needs. You will report to the Network & Infrastructure Operations Manager Americas.


Your main responsibilities will be:

IT Infrastructure delivery

  • Collaborate with Regional Service Desk and IT Competency Centre resources on project.
  • Help with feasibility analysis on potential future projects.
  • Contribute to the design of local IT projects.
  • Implement local IT projects.
  • Implement global projects locally.
  • Maintain understanding of technology trends and directions.

IT Infrastructure operations

  • Ensure availability and continuity of the infrastructure services in their scope.
  • Manage technical solutions efficiency operated in the sites under your responsibility.
  • Involved in Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management.
  • Provide solutions based on Service Level Goals.
  • Escalate recurring or impactful issues to problem managers.
  • Contribute to resolution of problem following priorities defined by the problem manager
  • Propose or recommend IM&T Infrastructure Services modifications.
  • Support Infra Analyst Sr/Infra Analyst with their relevant activities.
  • Lead small teams within the group for specific activities.
  • Ensure all technical Documentation is produced and updated.
  • Coordinate and help deliver relevant DR Tests.

Your professional profile includes:

  • University degree in Information Technology.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the responsibilities of the role.
  • Technical knowledge of IT including networking, virtualization, storage management, backup, mobility solutions, and disaster recovery strategies for systems deployed on multiple platforms.
  • Cisco CCNA certifications.
  • ITIL foundations or similar.
  • Knowledgeable with tooling to automate monitoring and procedures.
  • Advanced level of English.
