KEY ACTIVITIES
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our Scrum team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning and defining the product vision and roadmap, prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring that the development team delivers value to the customers. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business goals, customer needs, and market trends to ensure that the product meets the needs of the customers and aligns with the company's strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to the development team and stakeholders
• Prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and business goals
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and provide clear and concise product requirements
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that the product backlog items are well understood and delivered on time
• Ensure that the product backlog is transparent, prioritized, and meets the Definition of Ready and Done
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings to ensure that the development team understands the product vision and priorities
• Accept or reject completed work based on the Definition of Done and communicate the status of the product backlog to stakeholders
• Continuously refine the product backlog to ensure that it reflects the latest market and customer needs
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that the product meets the needs of the customers and aligns with the company's strategy
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a Scrum environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Understanding of product development processes, product management, and user-centered design principles
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• French is a plus
