Admin Assistant / Executive

Nhl Holding Pte. Ltd.

Responsibility:

(1) Insurance

- Maintain company’s fleet and property insurance records. Managing company’s fleet insurance and update database accordingly

- Advise clients on insurance quotations, policy processing and all other motor insurance matters.

- Understand the client's motor insurance needs and provide proper advice.

- Follow up with existing clients for policy renewals.

- Negotiate with general insurers for best possible coverage and premium.

- Build and maintain strong relationship with insurance providers and customers.

- Provide regular concise reporting on performance and competitors.

- Work closely with the Motor Finance team to ensure all opportunities are optimized.

- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned.


(2) Leasing

- Process cars registration and update company’s inventory database.

- Prepare lease agreements, vehicle handover form and any other related documents.

- Maintain leasing calendar and leasing vehicle list

- Schedule and arrange servicing for vehicles. Remind hirer to go for servicing before due date

- Respond to hirers’ feedback and inquiries, provide good client support and maintaining a good relationship.

- Update leasing payment schedule on weekly basis

- Provide support to hirers especially during emergency cases such as accident, vehicle break down etc

- Follow up with insurer and authorized workshop on the accident case (if any)


(3) Workshop

- Maintain workshop schedule for vehicle servicing and repair

- Liaise with customers & mechanics for vehicle servicing & repair schedule

- Handling workshop enquiries from customers

- Order spare parts and manage spare parts inventory


Requirement:

- Candidate must possess at least a Degree (any field) and comes with a Certificate of General Insurance (CGI)

- At least 2 years of working experience in motor vehicle insurance related industry

- Proficient in MS Office Applications and photoshop (basic)

- Have attention to detail and positive attitude with good communication skills

- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

- Have good Time Management, Responsible and Meticulous

- Comfortable to work in a fast paced, ever changing and highly digitized environment


Working hours:

· Mon to Fri - 8am to 4.30pm

· Company transportation is provided (to/from MRT stations like Kranji, Choa Chu Kang and Pioneer)
