KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Building and growing B Capital fund and portfolio
- Fundraising by establishing strong networks with institutional LPs and family offices to raise capital investments
- Conducting analysis of investment proposals, identifying investment options, conducting due diligence requirements, valuation, and structuring deals
- Responsible for deal execution and structuring, applying technical knowledge of credit and equity market instruments to create sound deal structures
- Monitoring post investments, building strategic relationships with key management of investee companies, monitoring critical strategic risks and initiatives identified
- Value creation within portfolio companies
BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 15-20 years of investing track record: originating and executing successful venture and growth stage deals across various sectors
