Job Description:
• 6 days works per week.
• Maybe required to work on Public holiday/Sunday for emergency case (NEED TO STANDBY ALL THE TIME)
• Manage daily operations including processing new business applications.
• Ensure the efficient and effective running of key communications channels (online and offline)
• Prepare meeting agendas and presentations.
• Daily bookkeeping data entry
• Run errands for the CEO
• Responsible for all general administrative.
• Assist in recruitment such as arrange schedule and appointment, payroll, and in charge of worker's clinic appointment, WP renewal medical check up
• Require to ferry workers for groceries purchase, clinic appoint and other case if worker is sick at Tuas area
• Other duties and responsibilities as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accountancy or related field.
• With class 3 driving license is compulsory (Vehicle must park back to Employer house)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MYOB, XERO, Quickbook.
• Proficient in GST submission.
• Familiar with CPF submission.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is preferred.
• Able to converse in fluent Mandarin, Malay and English.
