Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring of IT Infrastructure Systems to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software systems
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to end user and ensure Business As Usual
- Involve with infrastructure project & setting up new site office
- Design and perform server and IT security audits, system backup procedures and other recovery processes
- Implement security systems (Firewall and user access right) and redundant backups to maintain data safety
- Sourcing for vendors and conduct research on software and system products to justify recommendations to support purchasing efforts
- Maintaining documentation which relates to system configuration, mapping, processes and service records
- Monitor and test system performance, prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports
- To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
General:
- Create and maintain documentation on technical problem
- Procurement of IT hardware and software
- Update & maintain IT inventory
- Disposal of IT hardware
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity. Preferably with server, network and firewall experience.
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Degree in IT
- MCSA/MCSE, CCNA certificate
- Candidate with security knowledge is an added advantage
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Products
- Travel to various site location around Singapore
- Able to work independently & multi-task

- 5 days work week
- 2 way Company Transport from Clementi MRT
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for Senior role.
