We're looking for an AI Agent Development (Assistant) Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this innovative role, you'll have the chance to transform our student recruitment process using cutting-edge AI technology.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and management of AI agent products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to define product requirements and features.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the AI technology market.
- Support the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirement gathering, feature prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Work closely with AI engineers to understand technical feasibility, scope, and limitations of AI agent functionalities.
- Develop AI agents for enhancing student recruitment, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure smooth integration of AI agents with communication platforms such as WeChat Official Account, WeCom, WhatsApp, and websites.
- Leverage chat history and FAQs for AI learning and response accuracy, continuously improving the AI agent's performance.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to optimize workflows and streamline recruitment processes.
- Assist in creating product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical specifications.
- Support product testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure product performance and reliability.
- Assist in monitoring product metrics and KPIs, and provide insights for product improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in AI to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
- Support the Product Manager in day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: Significant experience in AI development, with a focus on OpenAI GPTs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI and machine learning technologies. Expertise in API development and integration with platforms like WeChat Official Account, WeCom, WhatsApp, and Websites. Advanced programming skills.
- Language Skills: English and Chinese (Proficiency in Chinese will be prioritised)
- Other Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and teamwork capabilities. Independence in handling tasks and managing priorities.
