Site Analyst | 2D&3D drawings | Biotech | Kallang

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Preliminary Site survey, measurement and layout drafting:

  • Assist in conducting preliminary site survey, focusing on planning for Roche solutions and utilities requirements (power, water, drainage etc.)
  • Conduct preliminary site measurements and work with hardware engineers to verify that site is fit for installation.
  • Prepare layout drawings using site measurements for tenderer proposal purposes, using 2D (MS Visio) and 3D (SketchUp) visualisation tools.

Survey Coordination:

  • Coordinate and facilitate site surveys between third-party vendors (electrical, UPS, water systems, bespoke manufacturers) and external stakeholders for stand-alone sites.
  • Act as an operational liaison with third-party vendors, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Tender Documentation:

  • Assist in filling up tender specifications using reference templates.

Support in Pre and Post Analytics:

  • Provide first-level phone and field support for pre-post analytics.
  • Perform configuration backups for pre-post analytics systems.
  • Assist with pre-post 'go-live' site monitoring and providing operational guidance to trained users, for the project duration.

General Support:

  • Support with site projects and related duties, as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma in a relevant field (Biomedical Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Basic understanding of perspective drawings, site layout and space planning.
  • Interested and proficiency in 2D and 3D drawing tools, particularly MS Visio and SketchUp is a plus.
  • Experience in operational liaisons with vendors is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and tasks.
