Location: Changi
Salary: $2800 - $3500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Follow up inbound leads or cold calling outbound clients
- Route inbound calls to the appropriate sales executive to assist in closing leads
- Quote & Order processing
- Follow up on quotes, shipment & payment status.
- Order entry and assist in billing process.
- Post sales follow up
- Handles inquiries via email, phone calls
- Assist clients to complete payment after purchase
- Research accounts to identify new leads and route them to the appropriate personnel to follow up on.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales/customer service, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
