Responsibilities
• Oversee the annual performance management and promotion cycle, systems administration and enhancement, and communications.
• Subject matter expert on performance management policies and processes for key stakeholders.
• Generate performance distribution reports, analytics and presentation materials to facilitate moderation sessions.
• Provide secretariat support for group-level moderation session.
• Conduct and validate job evaluation using Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluation methodology for promotion cases.
• Partnering HR Technology team on system configuration and enhancements to performance management module.
Requirements
• Preferably Degree (in any discipline)
• At least 4-6 years HR experience preferably in the area of Compensation
• Meticulous and comfortable with handling large scale data sets using Excel
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
• Familiar with SuccessFactor system (HR related module) will be an additional advantage
