Opportunity to join a leader within the professional / consulting services industry as APAC FP&A Manager.
The Role
Reporting to the APAC CFO, you will work independently in partnering with both local and regional stakeholders across Business and Finance, providing financial analysis and support on group profitability.
You will be responsible for the preparation of management reports inclusive of written commentaries on how to drive financial performance, monthly and quarterly financial results, budget and forecast as well as KPI, headcount, productivity and client analysis. You will support the business in target setting, managing working capital management for APAC while working with local working capital / revenue teams to improve billing/collection efficiency and WIP/debtor lock up.
This is a highly visible role within the organization and you will partner with Business Development and Customer Relationship Management in providing support via financial modelling for pricing scenarios and deal structuring as well as identifying areas of risk and opportunities for the business.
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
- At least 6 years of FP&A experience within a consultancy / professional services environment
- Prior exposure within an MNC
- Experience with financial modelling and strong excel skills
- EAbility to be hands-on, proactive, flexible with strong communication and interpersonal skills
