Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Director to lead our APAC recruitment efforts. This role will play a critical part in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we attract top talent across the region. The Talent Acquisition Director will manage a team of exceptional colleagues working in five geographical regions: China, India, ANZ, ASEAN, and Japan and South Korea.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with regional business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand workforce needs and drive recruitment success.
- Provide subject matter expertise on staffing and recruiting policies and programs.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage recruitment teams across multiple country locations in the APAC region.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external sources, and vendors.
- Partner with Finance and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to optimize recruitment practices.
Change Leadership:
- Drive innovation and change in recruiting processes.
- Be a thought leader in talent acquisition, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
People Development:
- Mentor and develop team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field with a minimum of 12 years of relevant working experience.
- Proven track record in managing recruitment/TA teams across APAC.
- Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with senior leaders and driving organizational change.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for attracting and engaging top talent.
