Residential Interior Designer
- Conceptualize design & space planning
- Prepare design presentation e.g. colour schemes and material boards
- Produce quality perspective drawings, AutoCAD drawings, 3D and rendering drawings
- Prepare and plan for costing and design proposal
- Prepare final designs and specifications.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors on costings
- Refine designs and schedules for the project
Requirements:
- Possess Certification/Diploma in Interior Design
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential interior renovation
- Good team player who can work independently
- Able to multi-task on different projects concurrently and continuously meet deadlines
- Able to conceptualize, illustrate, and present design proposals (residential)
- Must be proficient in Photoshop, Powerpoint, Excel, 3D Drawing with AutoCad, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, V-Ray, SketchUp
- Highly creative, imaginative and have a good eye for design
