Job Scope
- Lead coordination work with SWCs/E&M service for CSD/SEM development as per LTA's standard and practice
- Handling Archi/C&S issues during service coordination
- Coordinate with BIM team / E&M team / Archi team for optimized solution
- Site coordination after SWCs site access
- Report to Coordination Manager on a regular basis
- Monitor Civil works schedule in relation to E&M cast-in-situ items and monitor work progress leading to Basic Structure Completion (BSC)
- Supervise the testing and commissioning of E&M systems in accordance with validation requirements
- Timely and progressively delivery of as built drawings
