Job Description:
- Skilled in Interior Fit-Out and A&A works.
- Lead project planning sessions.
- Manage project progress and adjust work as necessary.
- Develop and oversee project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct project reviews and generate detailed reports for executive review.
- Identify growth opportunities and initiate new projects.
- Supervise large and diverse teams while meeting statutory and client requirements.
- Review drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications.
- Maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
- Assist in coordinating progress carpentry project works.
- Supervise workers, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to meet requirements.
- Monitor on-site project progress to ensure quality, finishes, standards, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English for communication with Chinese-speaking associates.
- Diploma/Degree in Project Management/Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in interior renovations/construction fields.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- BCSS certification and other construction safety certifications required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement at all levels.
- Ability to interpret ID drawings and furniture detailing.
- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, perform well under pressure, and meet tight timelines.
