The temp staff will assist the department officers in the following duties :
- Information Management - Basic research, obtaining, organising and filing data, generating tables and summaries as required;
- Administrative duties - assisting in calendar and meeting arrangement, basic email correspondences, conducting routine/templatized processes and other adhoc work as required.
Job Requirements :
- No working experience required
- Knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
- Careful and meticulous worker
- Able to commit for a period of 11-months
