Job Duties:
- Support the Annual appraisal exercise through extracting, compiling and verifying of key performance indicators
- Ensure submission of appraisal documentation in accordance with the University’s guidelines
- Schedule and coordinate appraisal meetings
- Support end-to-end Talent acquisition activities
- Day-to-day operations such as managing contract renewals and ensuring renewals are in line with guidelines and budgets
- Coordination with internal stakeholders such as People managers and Centres of Excellence (COE)
- HR reporting and timely updates to HRIS to effect staff status change matters
- Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in HR or equivalent
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Strong communication and writing skills
