Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare EOM reports and consolidate the numbers for the lending products, and broadcast emails to bosses and all District Managers.
- Consolidate the sales number after SPM has finalize the number for the month
- Sending SPM team the trade implementation for clawback
- Sending calendar invite for weekly SOW & bosses' other monthly meetings
- Prepare weekly SOW slides & broadcast to the Business Banking sales team
- Weekly roles include submission reports, weekly sales performance reports, and taking SOW minutes
- Daily roles include maintaining a master file of PWEB to keep track of the status of the leads, updating export referral report & other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Powerpoint, MS Excel
- Have initiative and a responsible working attitude
- Detailed oriented
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Strong team player with good follow up
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
