Overall Job Objectives
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Engineer located in Singapore. The Design Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as design engineering, electrical engineering related to Oil&Gas, Marine/On-shore.
Core Responsibilities
- To Produce Design & Draft low voltage panels.
- Coordinate all panel engineering activities and to meet submittal, review and approval of the documents.
- Produce Material List for design
- Carry out switchboard/ MCC designs
- Provide technical solutions working with vendors and partners
- Responsible for client interaction for all engineering related topics
- Work with Sales ,Production and Quality on all design related developments and concerns
- Any other duties maybe assigned to you from time to time
Requirements
- Electrical engineering degree or diploma.
- 5 years relevant experiences in design of low voltage panels
- A good understanding of oil,gas and marine requirements
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
- Highly motivated and should have an eye for details.
- Able to take on multiple tasks.
- Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in design, knowledge of industry regulations and standards, and proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD.
