Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold company standards.
- Drive sales and maintain profitability through cost control.
- Manage human resources, safety, and staff development.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints.
- Oversee cleanliness and ambiance standards.
- Plan staffing and manage employee schedules.
- Coordinate events and menu planning.
- Monitor inventory, cash transactions, and monthly reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Willing to learn.
- At least 3 years of experience of Assistant Restaurant Manager in F&B.
