Job Descriptions:
1) To source for quotations from specialists/ sub-contractors/ suppliers, prepare comparison, negotiate, and award contracts.
2) To prepare payment response to the subcontractors’ monthly claim, monthly progress claim, certify subcontractors’ progress payments, prepare variation orders, finalize accounts.
3) To ensure proper documentation of all records.
5) To review and advise Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specifications.
6) To monitor and ensure delivery of materials are in accordance with contractual requirements.
7) To coordinate site issues including procurement of materials from the suppliers.
8) To liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities, and internal departments in resolving project development and technical issues.
Requirements:
1) Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
2) Min 3 years working experience in Construction Sector
