Technical Provisioning Engineer
Locations: Central
Salary: Up to $3,000
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm (weekends & PH on standby)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers and third-party providers to ensure timely service delivery.
- Ensure accurate provisioning and delivery of services based on customer technical specifications.
- Perform comprehensive service testing prior to customer handover.
- Troubleshoot service provisioning issues during activation as needed.
- Collaborate with NOC and Engineering teams to resolve provisioning challenges.
- Handle internal configuration requests and configure network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
- Possesses an interest in Internet Technologies and technologies associated with the ISP market will be an advantage.
