In this position as a Multinational Account Executive, you will act as a specialist resource supporting the Property & Casualty Underwriting function in relation to writing Multinational Global Program Accounts. You will be experienced to work within clear guidelines, with instruction on procedures, workflow and format and use some discretion in clear cut situations however any matters outside the guidelines are to be referred to the Manager on procedural matters and Account Underwriters on technical matters.
The ideal incumbent will be providing Account Management Services to the allocated Global Accounts from the Multinational Outwards Portfolio and work with the Business Solutions team to ensure that all administrative activities in connection with global programmes are carried out in time and to a high level of quality.
In order to be successful in this position, you will be required to attend client/broker meetings and support the company's business development activities and ensure the company's service standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of Global Programs.
skills & experience required
- 5+ years of relevant insurance qualifications or equivalent
- Possess relevant knowledge on Multinational program arrangements and reinsurance agreements required between Affiliate and Non-affiliates
- Demonstrated strong ability and technical competence especially Property and Casualty lines on servicing Multinational Business platform
- Ability to monitor and report on adherence to service levels, understand production service issues and assist with resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with in-country managers, partners, and brokers
- Manage and responsible for the end to end process of Multinational programs handling
