- Develop, execute and responsible for supply chain strategies and procurement activities across APAC region
- Lead in strategic sourcing of services and materials for critical equipment to support construction projects and DC operations
- Develop, manage and maintain relationship with critical suppliers
- Develop risk mitigation strategies to identify and evaluate potential supply chain risks due to disruptions, geopolitical factors or regulatory changes to ensure business continuity
- Conduct supplier business reviews and develop performance improvement plans
- Develop sourcing strategies for critical services in long term view
- Continuously review and enhance supply chain processes to improve efficiency and performance
- Share best practices and benchmark again industry standard
Requirement
- Degree in engineering, business or supply chain. MBA will be
- 10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management with regional experience in high-tech industry
- Experience in negotiation of capital equipment, contract services and critical supplies
- Experience working with operations and functional department to establish and identify critical supply chain needs
- Communicate well and team player with business acumen
