Job Description
- Position: PVD Sputtering Engineer / Assistant Engineer
- Well Established Japanese Manufacturing MNC
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Working Location: Pioneer
- Island Wide Company Transport Provided
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing technical support for production process.
- Establish work procedures, corrective action, and preventions.
- Perform scheduled equipment preventive maintenance (PM), calibration and troubleshoot equipment-related problems on a timely basis to minimize equipment downtime.
- Perform process improvement and defects analysis.
- To liaise with customers for product quality discussion.
- Other ad-hoc relating duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Material Science or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in sputtering coasting technology.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good working attitude and willing to learn.
